Enforcement Procedures and Fine Schedule of the POA
At this time, POA dues cannot be paid online.
Please contact the POA office for payment options.
Dues are currently $105 per year.
Important Note: Properties Sold in Delinquency
When a delinquent property is sold, the owner who accrued the dues remains responsible for payment. Unless payment is received through escrow, collection will continue from the previous owner.
The responsibility for dues applies to the owner during their period of ownership — not the property itself. Selling a delinquent property does not eliminate the debt, including properties in default with the Modoc County Tax Collector.
